Is Trung Responsible for Paying Janet's Attorney Fees?

The answer is 'No'.  Both Steve Greenhut and Peggy Lowe jumped the gun when they reported that Trung Nguyen will have to pay back the attorney fees for both Janet Nguyen and the County of Orange.  According to the appellate court ruling, Trung will only be required to pay back administrative fees, something that Deputy County Counsel Leon Page confirmed yesterday.

On the other hand, Janet is probably stuck with a huge legal bill from her lawyer Phil Greer.  Maybe Greer can give her a discount?
