Here are the final clips of Team Trung attorney Mike Schroeder's oral argument before the California Court of Appeals. The first two clips feature an interesting interplay between Schroeder and Justice Aronson. The justice also inquired about the legislative history of the various codes being cited -- an interest also displayed more than once by Justice Fybel. I got the impression the justices were very interested in knowing the intent of the legislature regarding how a recount ought to proceed.
