Red County Radio: Death Of A Costco

I did another segment of Red County Radio today, this time with Westminster City Councilman Kermit Marsh. Our topic: the Death of A Costco, specifically the now-defeated proposal to build one on an athletic field owned by Golden West Ciollege.
