Moorlach Looks To Be Next Board of Supes Chairman

moorlach.jpgLast week I spoke to Supervisor Chris Norby on a couple of occasions. Among other topics we covered, Norby -- the current chairman of the Board of Supes, mentioned that Sup. John Moorlach looked to be the next chairman.

According to the agenda, the Supes in closed session will also be appointing someone to the newly created position of Performance Audit Director. This position is the brainchild of Supervisor Norby and will report directly to the Board of Supervisors. It will be interesting to see how this position unfolds and what impact it has on county government,
