Grindle Filed Complaint Against Trung

As reported today by Total Buzz, Shirley Grindle, the self-proclaimed watchdog of campaign finances filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and the Orange County D.A. against Trung Nguyen based on her rationale of "fairness."
I want to get this straight: Janet opened an illegal bank account, asked donors with business before the County of Orange to give "anonymously", and over the contribution limits to that account. When she told that such an account was illegal, waited at least 50 days to refund the money, after the OCBlogsphere intensified their pressure.
On the other hand, Trung inadvertently accepted checks from candidate-controlled committees, none of which were over the limits, and refunded the money within seven days, which is in accordance to the law.
While I am confident that nothing will come of this complaint, I fail to see the connection nor do I see the "fairness Shirley Grindle is looking for.
Mr. Ayer registered as a Republican to be electable in an interim election with no incumbents. He did...
Circus of the absurd: Probolsky works for Janet; Probolsky offers "bounty" on Grindle; Grindle files complaint against Trung to be "fair" to Janet.
These are strange and troubling times.
What I find incredible is that she believes that these are actually even close to the same circumstances. Red, you are right on the circle of OC politics life lol.
Go back to your work at Van's DO. I am sure there is plenty to do, although attacking Janet seems to be number one on the list.

Jubal, was that you who took off my comment and Tomahawk's libelous statement? Or is Tomahawk deleting things willy-nilly? Because I thought the protocol for blogging was you strike through an incorrect statement and apologize for it rather than trying to push it down the memory hole?
What is Shirley smoking? The two situations are light years apart in character. Flowerzzz and RP are right this is what I would call a frivolous action. janets action s were outright and deliberate where as Trungs was unintentional and he also rectified the situation within the required time where as janet took two months. Something stinks here.
