Reaching back into the "OCBlog" archives you may remember an item I first noted 4-5 years ago when an article appeared in the Daily Pilot.  Andrew Clark is a Newport Beach native and a junior at George Washington University.  As a student at Newport Harbor High School he started a conservative political newsletter, building a subscription base among his peers, parents' friends and neighbors--a list that quickly expanded to include local elected officials.  The Daily Pilot put Andrew on the front page chronicling his work, his writing and his future aspirations as he prepared to head east to college.

He's now heading to the next level and is a contributing columnist to the MTV/AOL-supported "Politics Daily" blog.
