The San Bernardino County Republican Party has been without a Chairman for a month.

Assemblyman Anthony Adams (R-Hesperia) served as Chairman from December 2008 until February 2009, until he was forced out through resignation due to his vote on the controversial state budget package.

Then, Upland Councilman Ken Willis has served as Chairman from February until June, who stepped down last month due to obligations as councilmember and personal business.

First Vice-Chairman Robert Rego has been serving as Acting Chairman.

Tonight, the San Bernardino County Republican Party Central Committee is expected to select a new chairman.
