Daschle for Secretary of Health and Human Services

It's being reported that former Senator Tom Daschle has been tapped as Secretary of Health and Human Services. This, coupled with the news that Hillary Clinton is on the short list for Secretary of State, begs the question.....is this the "change and new beginning" Obama was referring to?
