If Sen. Obama were a genuine American leader it should be natural to avoid morally bankrupt individuals such as Bill Ayers, Tony Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, and God knows how many other shady characters. He's running away from them now due to withering criticism of questionable associations, combined with his ambition for the presidency.

It should come natural to be patriotic about this great nation that has given Obama so much. Yet once again criticism about his lack of patriotism persuaded him to wear a flag pin and stand in front of a backdrop of American flags during some of his speeches. Now he is showing his patriotism on his sleeve to garner votes. However, it doesn't seem to come from the heart, especially when he constantly downgrades the USA.

It should be natural to respect American workers, regardless of education. That includes hard working blue collar workers, along with professionals in a variety of careers. Yet on the campaign trail, Obama has demeaned their efforts, and their commitment to faith and freedom. Once again, legitimate outrage led him to see the error of his ways, and now he's pandering to blue collar occupations and the unions to collect votes.

As a senator, it should be natural to understand that Iran has been a serious menace for thirty years, and Obama should clearly know this fact. Iran continues to carry out surrogate warfare against Iraq, Israel, and Lebanon, and poses a growing threat to the entire region. First, Obama wanted to sit down with Tehran's theocrats without preconditions, but now insists on preconditions after his arrogant naivete was exposed.

How can someone as educated as Obama ever think that he can sit down with dictators and cleverly arm twist them to alter their behavior? Realists are aware that autocrats aren't interested in preconditions unless their backs are totally up against the wall, so why even discuss the idea of negotiating with tyrants?

It should come natural for politicians on the stump to respect all Americans, and stop acting as if the campaign is occurring in a second or third world country. America is a mature democracy, yet Obama constantly underestimates the intelligence of the American people as he outlines his plan for a socialist state.

One wonders why he doesn't immigrate to any one of the authoritarian regimes he admires so much. The answer is simple. Similar to most leftists, he wants to enjoy the blessings of democracy at the same time as he rails against American exceptionalism. In a totalitarian society, he wouldn't be allowed to partake in so many blessings, nor could he assail the state.

It should be natural for a long-term politician to realize that criticism will dog you when you discuss all issues. Remember, few folks were talking about identity politics before Michelle and Barack started talking about it. When the Obamas' constantly whine about unfair treatment from Americans and the media, it reveals their childish elitism and pessimistic outlook on the world. They need to stop complaining and get a life.

Any authentic leader would naturally want to uplift the electorate instead of spreading gloom and doom. Obama bashes the solid faith of down-to-earth Americans, while he rejects streamlined government and the proven effectiveness of our free enterprise economy. Like John Kerry, he constantly backpedals as he revises his earlier positions not out of conviction, but out of expediency. He'll say anything to get a vote.

It appears that the only natural thing about Obama is his ability to talk a good game and pad his thin resume without saying a darned thing. Perhaps he's still touring his 57th or 58th state!! His shifting positions just reflect his lack of character and phony baloney personality.

It would be a breath of fresh air if Obama could take a break from his ad hominem attacks and contempt for the Bush administration and the American people. Rather, he ought to berate the terrorists and tyrants of the world, instead of wanting to sit down with the real enemies of democracy, liberty, and prosperity.
