Pension repayment plan could throw L.A.'s budget into disarray. The system's general manager urges 'prudent' repayment in 5 years, not 15. Voters head to polls to select future 32nd Rep. Vote for Republican Betty Chu. I did. Some pushing for Van Nuys to secede. They get no respect and want to be free.
