Barack Obama may claim that he wants to give 95% of the people a tax cut even though 40% don't pay taxes. But tax cuts aren't on the ballot in Los Angeles County.

There are over $10 billion of school bonds on the ballot. Not bad since most districts have declining enrollment.

Then there is the county wide sales tax increase plus sales tax hikes on the ballot in Pico Rivera, El Monte and an increase in beautiful Maywood.

There are several utility tax increases or exspansions on the ballot and a couple of parcel taxes.

Look at these returns to see how much Californians are willing to pay. The Governor will.
