Long Beach Press-Telegram says no to Measure R.

Another blow to the Villaraigosa effort to raise the sales tax in L.A. County. The Long Beach Press-Telegram has joined the chorus of saying no to the tax increase.

The editorial points out how of of L.A. County will pay for projects in West L.A. and the San Fernando Valley.
