Proposition 11 is known as the "Redistricting Initiative", which would dramatically change how the legislative districts are drawn every 10 years from legislators to the "Citizens Redistricting Commission".

The longtime local La Mirada Robert F. Kennedy Democratic club supports the initiative and the California Democratic Party opposes the measure.
