Another slow news day in Los Angeles.

Mike Antonovich is off to China on a trade trip. I will try not to disparage the murderous Red Chinese dictators in this news item.


Congress is rushing to regulate trains after the Metrolink crash. Because we all know Congress could have stopped an idiot from texting when he was supposed to look at lights.

 

Assemblyman Ted Lieu has a sarcastic attitude towards the bailout of Wall Street. I like.

Three felony charges have been filed against Three Valleys Municipal Water District Director Xavier Alvarez because he lied to get the district pay for his ex-wife's insurance. This is the guy that lied about having Medal of Honor.
