Assemblyman Adams "pounds" Arnold's Tax Hike Plan

Anthony Adams, the Assemblyman from the 59th Assembly District takes aim at the Governor's Sales Tax Hike Plan. Adams points to the regressive naute of the tax and points out "you don't pound people struggling to pay for food and gas.
