Rep. Richardson gets Sacramento home back...Confidential Deal!

It is very alarming that Rep. Laura Richardson (D-Long Beach) is going to get her Sacramento home back after all in an apparent deal brokered behind close doors at the Washington Mutual offices.
James York has withdrawn his lawsuit and settled the terms with Richardson and Washington Mutual. Mr. York says he can't discussed the matter, but cutely says, "I think you guys can figure out what happened."
Furthermore, Washington Mutual is going to reverse Rep. Richardson's "Foreclosure" status from her credit report.
What will the Board of Directors and Shareholders of Washington Mutual think of this?
Will the FDIC, Sacramento County District Attorney and other state and federal officials look into the matter?
Will Senator Schumer raise a stink on this one? (Doubtful)
The Richardson saga keeps going longer than the sequels of a Hollywood movie, but this latest drama stinks and raises so many questions on honesty, intergity and ethical business/legal practices.
