Maxine Waters Must Go NOW:

Why I Seek The Office of the 35th Congresional District
(by: Ted Hayes July,2008)

As an activist for the homeless in Los Angeles for the last 24 years, and one who loves the adopted country of my West African ancestors brought to this land as chattel slaves, and recognizing  the ever growing danger that our country is in, I am compelled to seek and win the office of the 35th Congressional District.

It is my intention to replace the Hon. Congress Member, Maxine Waters with myself and work to help my Congressional colleagues to defend the Constitution of the United States and the the citizens therof according to our Oaths of Office.

For fourteen years this Congressional District has been poorly governed and abused by the Hon. Congresswoman, Maxine Waters.

I seek the Congressional office of the 35th to serve a tenure in the US House of Representatives that will do wonders for the residentsof the District and governance of our country.

The 35th District is located in what was formerly known as South Central Los Angeles and other areas which includes cities such as Hawthorne, Gardena, Torrance, West Chester, et al.

Politically, of the 639,088 (2,000 Census) with a median income of $32,156, the vast majority of the residents in this area are Democrats being 75% and Republicans 11%.

Demographically, 47.4% are Hispanic/Latino of which most are illegal immigrants; 34.1% Black US citizens; 10.4% White US citizens; .02% Native American; .02 Other.

Without going into details, Ms. Waters has proven herself not to be the champion of the citizens of the district as she promised, but rather a nuisance to them, and postured herself as a grave threat to the security of the United States of America.

Somehow, Maxine Waters has defined herself to American peoples nationwide as a "Black militant" socialist activist in the US Congress bent on castigating the ideals of the founding fathers the Dream.

It is not exactly clear what her experience or thought processes were that allowed the woman from Louisiana turned Californian, to become the irritant that the American people knows Ms. Waters to be.

However, here is my assessment.

Apparently, her "in-yo-face" style was born out of an idea that to advance the legitimate cause of American Black US citizens to attain full citizenship according to the Constitutional dictates of the Fourteenth Amendment, one must play the "race-card", display loud shrill madness and to harshly criticise the United States of America and it various law enforcement entities

Maxine discovered that such radical finger-pointing, race-baiting protesting action is an easy crowd pleaser to agitate upset Black peoples as a quick cover-up for own misdeeds in leadership.

Such scurrilous and scandalous behavior stems from the social "prophet" Jesse Jackson who took-over the reins as the presumptive leader of the Civil Rights movement shortly after the disheartening assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Acting out of the madness elements of the 1960 Civil Rights movements, Jesse cultivated the effective attention getting tactics that became prevalent after the passing of King.

With the wily cleverness of a sly fox, Mr. Jackson angrily pimped a hurt, suffering, confused and frightened Black peoples by railing against the fears and guilt conscious of Whites, most of whom wanted an heart-felt resolution to the race crisis in this America.

In the name of advancing the causes of Blacks, Jesse "brow-beat", threatened and began a reign of economic terrorism by which he would shake-down corporations dominated by guilt-complex White Americans

Unfortunately for the rest of us well meaning Americans Mr. Jacksons' craft made him shamefully rich, famous and pompous, all the while the fate of American Black US citizens grew ever worse. ...the "prophet" made profit from the sufferings of others.

To sure, the way of Jesse was not that of the late, great Dr. King, Jr.

While a member of the California Assembly representing South Central Los Angeles, Rep. Maxine Waters became good friends and a disciple protégé' of the crafty, race-baiting Jesse Jackson who helprd to boost her to the Congressional office of the 35th District that she has now held for the last fourteen years.

During her long tenure in the US House of Representatives, she has succeeded in making a negative reputation for herself as the primary "attack-dog" for the Democratic Party against President George W. Bush and anything Republican, while her district has continued to deteriorate to horrific conditions.

The meteoric rise of the Hon. Barack Hussein Obama to the pinnacle of the nations' political mountain, whether he wins or looses his bid for the Presidency, racial color and ethnicity is going become the "front burner" issue in the United States for a long time to come.

This is especially true in light of the recent July 23rd,2008 historical and unprecedented Congressional apologies for slavery and racist Democratic Party legislation against Blacks.

During this very long process, America doesn't need any more of the race-baiting antics of the likes of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, et al.

America does not want Maxine Waters and the useless members of the US Congressional Caucus (whispered to be the "'Special-ed class" on Capitol Hill) to dominate the discussion at the "Table of Brotherhood".

The honest peoples of the United States of America needs and longs for someone like me who can objectively address the racial tensions with the resolve to ease the pain and help HEAL America of the wound caused by chattel slavery.

I happen to be the son of a Buffalo soldier of the segregated Unites States Army (who fought for us during WWII in Black Buffalo Division - European theatre and later the Korean Conflict), as well as that of an social activist mother in a family that has compassion for others less fortunate than ourselves.

Consequently, because of my heritage, I too have longed and prepared for the day when GOD Would bless me to be in a significant position to help others effectuate the HEALing of Americans.

How ironic, that I now find myself with the opportunity could make my portion of the American Dream come true by winning the political race that would end the oppressive reign of the agitator Maxine Waters and replace her with yours truly in the Big House on the Big Hill in Washington DC.

It is apparent to me, that I may have a destiny to receive authority to sit down at the "Table of Brotherhood" to help to insure the evolution of America into the mature land of our founding fathers' Dream.

Maxine Waters must go NOW!  American must not tolerate another of term this socialist, would-be queen on Capitol Hill.

Ted,

I don't live in your district, but I wish you success. Maxine Waters is an absolute embarrassment in Congress, right down there with Cynthia McKinney.

Good luck,
