Pasadena Councilmembers No Free Rose Bowl Tickets?

It has been a long tradition for Pasadena Councilmembers to give out Rose Bowl and Rose Parade tickets to constituents, friends and supporters.

The Fair Political Practices Commission is making a change on the "Gift" Rule when elected officials receives such gifts at "Fair Market Value" of up to the $390 limit.

FPPC Chairman Ross Johnson, former State Senator from Orange County, has been aggressive in regards clarifying the gift rule and among other matters relative to campaign finance regulations.

The question must be asked:  How big of an impact will this ruling have in other cities on the gift rule proposal?
