Judge Jim Hahn?

Defeated Democratic Mayor Jim Hahn has applied to be appointed as judge by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Given the Governor penchant for appointing Democrats he has a good shot. Hahn was defeated by Antonio Villaraigosa, whose sister the Governor appointed as a L.A. Superior Court Judge. No word if they have to sit next to each other.
