Finally! Alvarez plans to admit guilt on misdemeanor federal charge

Xavier Alvarez, Director of Three Valleys Water District, has agreed to plead guilty to one misdemeanor count of violating the Stolen Valor Act.

Though, Alvarez is allowed to fight on an appeal on First Amendment grounds to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Will this saga ever end?  It would only end if Mr. Alvarez do a public service by resigning!
