Romney now Leads in CD 42. That makes 12 Delegates in CA

Romney has taken the lead in the 42 CD. This district is represented by Gary Miller and covers parts of L.A., Orange and San Bernardino counties. If Romney hold on to this seat and the other three he leads in , that would mean only 12 delegates for Romney.
