Campus Update: UCI Republicans Fight Back Against MSU Extremism

Wednesday night, the Bren Events Center at UC Irvine was on complete lockdown in response to campus antagonism from the Muslim Student Union. Chris Prevatt of the Liberal OC blog submitted a post promoting a grassroots campaign last Saturday to protest the building of a Wal-Mart Supercenter on Chapman and Brookhurst Avenue in Garden Grove.
