I interviewed Assemblyman Van Tran yesterday for a about 15 minutes before his press conference with the Vietnamese media. The interview focused primary on the timeline of his decision to run, the profile of his district and what he sees as a pathway to defeating Democratic Rep. Loretta Sanchez in the 47th Congressional District.

Unfortunately, I lost several minutes of the interview due to a technical glitch, but here's what survived:
