Hypocritical House votes to admonish Rep. Joe Wilson

Today, the House of Representatives voted to formally admonish Rep. Joe Wilson for accusing the president of lying during a speech to Congress. The final tally was 240-179 with five lawmakers voting "present."
How did your elected representative choose to waste their time today, what with chest thumping and inglorious speeches meant more for show than action. Loretta Sanchez and Dana Rohrabacher both voted yes, with Ed Royce, John Campbell and Ken Calvert all voting no.
But do your elected representatives really care about decorum or are they just playing petty partisan games instead of actually tackling the real important issues facing this nation?
I've been told that it is against House rules to call the President a "liar" or accuse him of "lying" when the House is in session. But if that is actually the case, why did the Democrats chose to ignore comments made by Rep. Pete Stark when he called President Bush a liar on the House floor... Twice... In the same speech.
I guess decorum only matters when the OTHER guys allegedly violate it.
