I think he’s hitting on me. I think he’s saying I’m a sexy, sexy man.
Tonight: Hidden Agendas
If you care anything about free speech, you’re going to see it crushed, right before your eyes.
Only one group has challenged me. Thats’ the White House. They haven’t challenged me on any of the facts, except during the broadcast they have e-mailed several times and said stop calling Van Jones a czar.
Nobody has challenged any of the facts, but they have personally attacked me and this show relentlessly. Why is that?
Before I went on the air there was yet another fact challenged: Peter Orszag: he’s not a czar. They wanted me to point out that he’s been approved by the Senate. That’s it? That’s it. Good God Almighty America. Maybe it’s time you should start considering ‘what does all this mean because maybe Glenn Beck is right.’
Green Jobs Czar Van Jones:
”it [500Million] was smuggled into the stimulus bill.”
I didn’t need a bailout to get back on my feet. I just needed to rediscover my values and my principles.
I know that even if the powers that be right now succeed in making me poor, run me out, I’m just a worthless loser…I will only be stronger for it. And I will use American ingenuity and my ingenuity to get my message on aplatform tha twill be a thousand times more powerful.
America be prepard to witness mighty and powerful miracles in your lifetime.
Part of the strategy of this fundamental transformation of America is to silence dissent.
Diversity, 1984 Style
FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd:
It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of spech or the press…This freedom is all too often an exaggeration…At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies. Prologue to a Farce, Mark Lloyd
Localism boards are the real focus. Our diversity czar has just proposed that radio companies pay 100% of their operating budget yearly. That 100% tax would then be transferred to the state run radio of NPR. If you can’t pay that, well, we understand, but you lose your license and that license would then be sold to a minority group.
Now, because no one in their right mind is against diversity, no one will oppose it.
FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd:
State Radio in Rwanda was taken over by one tribe one group and they began to put out propaganda, so that the Tutsis were targeted and what resulted from the fact that state radio was able to do that essentially mass genocide in Rwanda. But the state for this particular tribe which controlled the radio very purposefully to make sure [unintelligible] there was media and social change. In Venezuela, with Chavez, really an incredible revolution – dramatic revolution – to begin to put in place saying that we’re going to have an impact on the people of Venezuela the property owners and the folks who were then controlling the media in Venezuela rebelled – work frankly with folks here in the US Government – worked to oust him and came back and had another revolution. And Chavez then started to take the media very seriously in this country. National Conference for Media Reform, 2008
The FCC has a new focus: diversity, competition, and localism. These things were put in by the Bush administration, and I realized, it’s not about Obama.
Director of Communications for the Media Research Center, Seton Motley:
The original sin in communications in [Mark Lloyd's] opinion is when President Jefferson released control of the telegraph to a private entity.
The framework is here to seize control of communications and everything else.
Do you want the guy who’s controlling the airwaves of this country talking about the airwaves of Venezuela and our help to thwart Venezuela? Is that a guy who should be advising the President of the United States?
Where is the press? Where is the press on this?
Do you believe in the Constitution? Do you believe in free speech? Do you believe in freedom of the press?
Motley:
His plan is to use the nebulous FCC regulations of diversity and localism to travel alternate routes to arrive at the same destination of the Fairness Doctrine, which is to shut you up by shutting you down. he wants to assault the radio industry to effect an ideological outcome. As we discussed, he wants to charge you dollar for dollar your 100% operational costs for the year…if you’re not meeting his definition of diversity and localism.
He’s got a crazy mathematical formula to determine compliance with diversity and localism. Violate the formula and you get fined, and it’s incredibly easy to violate.
Motley:
He wants to set up 8 pods of FCC boards and CPB (Center for Public Broadcasting) and he wants them to regulate political advertising and commentary, number of commercials these stations run, and ratings information about programs before they are broadcast. He wants to take over operation of the entire broadcast.
You are about to lose your freedom of speech in this country. If you disagree with that, please contact me and tell me how…how does this resemble our Republic and our First Amendment at all?
Mark Lloyd:
The FCC should be fully funded with regulatory fees from broadcast, cable, satellite, and telecommunications companies. The FCC should be staffed at regional offices at levels sufficient to monitor and enforce communication regulation. Prologue to a Farce, 2006
Rush
Rush Limbaugh:
You’re doing a great job this whole week. this whole administration is as radical and far left as any the country has ever had…they’re trying to wipe out any opposition. If you look at Barack Obama, and his track record as a politician, he needs to clear the battlefield. He doesn’t even like debating his opponent…the things he’s talking about doing to shut down radio are simply un-American. Make no bones about it folks, Glenn is right, he may even be underselling it. All of these disasters are exactly what Obama wants. His #1 opposition is on radio.
I don’t think it’s going to work in th eend because the American people are too informed. Just as they are fighting back on healthcare, so will they fight back on this.
Let’s tlook at the healthcare situation. The real passion is in individual’s hearts and minds. They’re showing up because individually they don’t want any part of this. The Obama army has to be bought and paid for, the Obama army has to be given marching orders, the Obama army isn’t showing up with any passion for the issue.
Passion, love of country, truth is going to outmaneuver and overpower fake passion…we may be looking at Barack Obama destroying the democrat party. It’s too early to say that now…but you’re right, it is a dangerous time, it is the most dangerous time in my life for liberty and freedom in my country.
I am uncomfortable saying these things about a man who has been elected President of the United States…i wish i didn’t have to say it. This is not politics as usual…this is statism, totalitarianism versus freedom…it is a responsibility we all have to be honest and be earnest with people…
Pull them [videos’ off onto your own computer because I think things could get scrubbed quickly.
Where is the true outrage from anyone in the media?
Rush:
The whole concept of reporting has gone out the media. I call them State Run Media because that’s what they are. They take dictation from Rahm Emmanuel…How is it that people know what’s in the HC bill? the press isn’t telling them, the drive by media isn’t telling anyone anything.
Glenn Beck (on Rush):
I think he’s hitting on me. I think he’s saying I’m a sexy, sexy man.
I’ve said before that I think they’re building something. I don’t know what it is. It’s a machine of some sort, it’s something besides the Republic, and if an event happens they’re going to turn this thing on.
Do you agree that the Republic is being used as a host right now and some other virus is eating that host?
Rove (on Lloyd):
With all due respect he’s a complete lunatic if he believes that Venezuela is the model that we ought to be following.
Why does the FCC have a diversity Czar?
Cass Sunstein said he wanted to balance the Internet. Will that be next?
Is there any place where the government won’t regulate free speech?
Complete list of questions here.
Thank you Glenn.

How much is News Corporation (and/or it's affiliates) pay you to spew such nonsense? If nothing, you are dumber than originally assumed.
