Thompson Leads Among CA's GOP Legislators

In one go-around, former Senator Fred Thompson earned more endorsements from California's Republican legislators than any other presidential candidate. Hesperia Looks to Combat Illegal Immigration

  The Hesperia City Council has directed their City Attorney to develop ordinance to prevent businesses with city contracts from hiring illegal immigrants.  Several cities throughout the state have enacted similar measures that insert language into the contract where the signer declares under penalty of perjury that they only hire those legally in the United States.
