It’s time to make your plans to participate in the Denton County Republican Party’s 5th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, September 21, 2009.
A new benefit this year is that each player will receive a coupon good for a later round at Oakmont County Club, so it’s almost like playing for free in the tournament, according Kathy Carrington, chair of the event. And she promises that there will be lots of contest and special prizes, plus the always tempting Silent Auction.

This event is always a fun time, rain or shine — though perennial participants who remember the cold, dreary October tournament from some years back and will tell you that shine is better!
