Cook County: Phil Collins Announces for 17th Dist. Rep.

Northfield resident Phil Collins has announced a bid for the 17th District Representative's seat this week. Mr. Collins ha set up a FaceBook page and is seeking campaign donations as well as petition signatures.
The 17th District, which includes Glenview and Northfield and parts of Northbrook, Winnetka, Wilmette, Evanston, and Skokie.
