As the G8 Summit wrapped up, Pres. Obama observed that a "lasting recovery is still a ways off," and he noted that "reckless actions by a few have fueled a recession that spans the globe."  While he was realistic on the first point, he didn't name the "few" that played primary roles in triggering recessionary trends.
