Courageous Support for Prop 8

Posted by: Ken Mettler | 09/09/2008 8:02 AM

Two governing boards recently showed courage in their support of protecting traditional marriage with resolutions endorsing a Yes vote for Prop 8.

Standing up to the politically correct crowd are the Grossmont Union High School District board of trustees in La Mesa, CA and the City of Porterville city council.

They took a courageous stand against activist, biased judges and to enhance our childrens' future society.  Will you?

I wonder what other rights the author of this blog suggests we take away from people? What part of our heritage as Americans involves *taking away rights*?

so far, I have not seen any deeper analysis of the actual legal opinion from anyone beyond the parroted terms "activist judges" or "biased judges". At least in roe v. wade, there is discussion of analysis in some arguments seeking to overturn the ruling.

But not here.
