James Rogan is today a California Superior Court judge working in Orange County's "North Court," and a resident of Orange County.  A decade ago, he was a member of the Los Angeles County Congressional Delegation representing a district including Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena.  As you may have seen in yesterday's L.A. Times, the City of Roses has a little battle brewing over which of the two famous Robinson brothers to commemorate in the re-opening of a city ballfield/park.  When "Judge" Rogan was in Congress, he played a small part in commemorating the legacy of "Mack" Robinson, the lesser known (but hardly lesser, as you will see) of the two brothers.  Here is a link to an item I posted this morning on FlashReport about Mack, and of Rogan's work to salute all Mack did for his So Cal hometown.
